Moving DHCP to SLES from NetWare

We currently have DHCP and all of ZFD 7 running on a NetWare 6.5.7
server. The DHCP server is set to issue option 60. Short range, we are
preparing to migrate to ZCM. Long range, we will migrate the NetWare
server to OES Linux. We just set up our first DNS server on SLES 11, and
now would like to run DHCP on the same SLES box and only run PDHCP on the
existing NetWare ZFD server. We are all on one subnet.

So, do I set up DHCP on the SLES box, then shut down NetWare DHCP, then
re-install PXE services on the NetWare server?
