netbook imaging issues

Are there any netbooks that are supported with zen imaging right now? I have an asus 1005HA and a dell inspiron mini 10 and neither work. I opened an incident with Novell and they were absolutely useless. It was one of the worst incidents I've had lately and I've had some pretty bad ones (some good ones too).
