Default Dell Optiplex GX320 freezes while loading Zen Imaging

After installing ZEN 7 sp1 IR4, Zenworks Imaging program freezes at the blue ZENworks Imaging screen when trying image a GX320. This has nothing to with the previous imaging problem associated with the command files, z_auto.cmd and z_maint.cmd, and adding pci=nomsi as a parameter. As a work around I've replaced the IR4 drivers with the December 2008 driver update pack I found on the Novell patch, download site, but this driver pack does not contain drivers for our new Optiplex GX360 machines. Please let me know if there is a solution. Thank you.
