Imaging an optiplex gx620

I use zen imaging on many different models but I've just run into a problem with Dell GX620. It uses a USB Keyboard which doesn't seem to detect before the default on the bootcd defaults to the auto setting. I need to select the manual mode. I need to either fix the USB detect or find a way to change the bootcd.iso default boot menu. Any Ideas?
