Conflicker Linux?

Last night I sent an image up to the server. This morning the PC
reported:
Image created
Elapsed time = 59:32
Operation successful
/#_

A while later I come back to reboot the computer and the screen is now
showing:

Elapsed time = 59:32
Operation successful

Any ideas?
