Acer Aspire AX1300 Imaging issue

I have some new Acer Aspires ax1300's I went to try to image it and it find the zenworks server and it gets and ip address but then when I select the zen imaging mode it starts to download the files then hangs the last item on the screen is Downloading Kernel "boot/Linux" underneath this is a quick flashing prompt but I can not type anything or do anything else beside ctrl, alt, del and reboot. Thanks for your help
