choosing db-volumes on upgrade

It reads the zenworks.properties file on your ZENworks server to find the
previous location. You are suppose to install the new version in the same
directory as the old one so all of the files get upgraded correctly.

You can find the file on your server and change the values to install it
somewhere else.
