ZENworks 7 on SLES - OES2, yes or no?

Existing environment is ZDM7 SP1 on NetWare 6.5. I'm looking to bring a
new ZDM7 SP1 IR4a server online on SLES 10 SP2 and i'm pondering whether
or not I should add OES2 into the mix? Looking to hear from others...

From my initial reading, I have the impression that OES2 will more or
less account for various services/dependencies required by ZENworks.
Skipping OES2 means more manual installation/configuration re:
eDirectory, LDAP, Samba, etc to get things working.

I'm doing some mock up in a virtual environment now.
