ZFD7 SP1 Interim Release 4 - will it affect clients

Hi

We have been advised to apply Zenworks for Desktops SP1 IR4 to our servers as we have a number of PCs that will not PXE boot from a particular network card, and we believe the drivers have been included in this hotfix.

We are currently running IR3 on servers and desktops. We don't want to have to upgrade all our desktop PCs at this time so my question is - if I upgrade our ZEN servers (we have no Middle Tier servers) - can I get away without updating the desktop agents?
