Workstation Helper

Hi,
Can not run any apps/inventory due to the Workstation helper not connected.
Wmsched shows nothing. Naldiag shows worksation helper not connected. Novell Connections shows our servers (Novell and AD) EXCEPT for our Zenworks server.
This is only happening on a few laptops in which we login thru our Domain first then Novell.
C:\Zenworks folder errorlog shows. Workstation DN name not found.
Already reinstalled the agent.
Ideas???
