Cannot define Workstation Import Policy

Hi,

I'm sure this is an easy one for someone out there.

OES2 box with Zenworks Seven and ConsoleOne 1.3.6 with ZenWorks 7 snap-ins. I created the Server policy package but I cannot create a "Workstation import policy". Clicking on the enable for workstation import policy under the server policy object results in nothing. The check box does not fill in, I cannot edit the policy, I receive no errors.

I have the workstation, container and user packages created, and all the packages are associated with a container.
