WOL Domain 2008

MS DHCP server includes no options other than MS options.

I added the following vendor classes, along with their local settings to the
MS DHCP server and WOL is now working for all machines.

62 NetWare/IP Domain
78 Directory Agent
79 Service Scope

(Cannot explain why joining or not joining a domain would have this
effect...)
