WOL Domain 2008

We have a mixed environment of Windows 2008 Domain and eDir (NetWare 6.5
sp5, ZEN 7sp1)

The machines that have been added to the domain, cannot be remotely started.
Before adding the domain, they were working fine. Any ideas on where to
start looking? (Those that are still not in the domain can be remotely
started.)
