How to Force a prompted distribution with NAL refresh

What you are seeing is working as designed and there is no way to do what you
want within the NORMAL usage of ZEN.

It MAY be possible to use a post distriubution script to clear the NALCACHE
entries created by the NAL object.
I've done this for other purposes.
