I'm not sure what you mean by "Connections" to other trees since connections
are not in the registry.
You can use a "SingleTree" parameter with ZEN so that ZEN only uses the one
tree.
If you mean to "Uninstall" the Apps that were pushed, if you are still
connected to those tree and those apps are marked as uninstallable, you may
be able to right click and select uninstall.
You may also want to simply ask what is pushed which should make removal a
little easier.
