Default Inventory DB Export

Hello Ed,

We're running ZfD 3.2 SP2 over here. I ran into the same problem. Found
out that if you run C1 from anywhere but the server connected to the DB,
the define query will hang. Advise: try to run C1 from the server
connected to the inventory DB. It worked for me.
