Inventory Scanner error 021
Hello NG
On Consoleone on the Workstation Scan Log I can see, that a lot of
workstation are present with the following error: Message: 021: Unable to
access the Custom Scan file.
In the Knowledgebase I found the following action to do, but it didn`t solve
the problem
Action: In ConsoleOne, run the Custom Scan Editor. The editor will validate
the Custom Scan file.
Action: Since the custom scan file is a stream file in NDS, verify the
validity of the streams with DSrepair on every server that holds a copy of
the partition where the workstation policy exists. Also, recreate the custom
scan file as corruption could have happened during creation.
Where could be here the problem?
