Softwareinventory with Zenworks4

Hello Folks,

Is it possible to make a software inventory with zenworks4? i know there is
a possibility to make a hardware inventory.

if you know how, can you please link me to a good article if you have one?
or a zenworks documentation? i didnt found anything there :-/
