Zenworks 3.2 and NW6.5

Whats the general opinion on running Zenworks Inventory Services on a NW6.5
SP5 Server?

We are running Zenworks for Desktops and finding the majority of policies
work fine with very few problems, but i realise the difference in age
between the 2 products is substantial!

I am running, or should i say trying to run Inventory services but finding
the Server abends and stays in a high state of util.

Should i just bite the bullet and jump feet first into a newer version?
