End user loses wallpaper

End user loses wallpaper

Hi,

We are running ZFD 3.2 SP1 on NetWare 5.1 SP5 and every time a help
desk
person remotes into a user's PC, that user loses their wallpaper. Can

anyone tell me why this happens and what I can do to prevent it?
