Zen Works Remote Control causes Bluescreen with Intel 82852/82855 Graphic interface on XP

I had this same problem on a brand new Toshiba Tecra A2 with WinXP SP2
with all the latest drivers, first using NW Client 4.83 & then 4.9 SP2.
Renaming drishti.dll worked great.
