Zen Works Remote Control causes Bluescreen with Intel 82852/82855 Graphic interface on XP

The Same Problem was described in TID 10075299 with Nvidia Riva TNT 64
Graphic interface.

Zen Works Remote Control from Novell Client 4.9 SP1 or SP2 causes a
Bluescreen (ialmdnt5.dll) on Windows XP when an Intel 82852/82855 Graphic
interface is installed. (happens on Accer Travelmate 6003CMI and hpCompaq
d530/d533)

We are using the latest Graphic Drivers.

Renaming drishti.dll from ZEN RM solves the problem. Remotecontrol is
working like that.

Can we expect Novell to solve the Problem caused by drishti.dll with
Graphic Interfaces.
What does this dll anyway.. it can be renamed and everything works fine???
