Symantec Enterprise VPN Client 7.x

After installing Symantec Enterprise VPN Client 7.x we are no longer
able to remote control the client
The message that appears is: Remote Management Agent not found
If we uninstall Symantec Enterprise VPN Client 7.x we can remote control
the client again.

Has anyone seen this problem before?
