XP Service Pack 1 (ONE) and Remote Control

Ok, I know that SP2 breaks Remote Control. But I can't get it to work with SP1.

If I disable the Firewall, I can remote control XP Sp1. But as soon as I
enable the firewall, it stops.

Can anyone help. Please also respond to jw157@columbia.edu.
