Default Issue with installing client

I don't know if this is related to the Remote Management issue with
WinXPw/SP2, but, we're having an issue installing NWC4.90w/SP2 and latest
released patches and NAL.

I load WinXPSP2 (slipstreamed) with no patches, disable the
WindowsFirewall/ICS service, then reboot.

I then install the NWC using ACU.exe, which autoreboots.

When the computer reboots, I login, and am confronted with an error that the
file NALEXP32.DLL is missing.

I reboot, login, and am confronted with a blank Desktop with no icons.

I reboot, login, and things appear normal, and NALEXP32.DLL is in \System32,
where it belongs.

This is REAL consistent...

Not sure if this is related to the problem with Remote Management and XPSP2
or not...

Thanks.
