Utility Query

I would like to incorporate a button on a web page that would allow users
to send an instant message to a support technician requesting help. This
button would send the ip address of the PC and the PC name so that the
technician could remotely control the PC using Zen Works for Desktops.
The idea is that there would be no phone call required. Has anyone come
across such a utility? Thanks for any replies.
