Screen blanking on WinXP workstations?

NW6.5 sp3
WinXP sp2 (also sp1)
Client 4.90 sp2
Zen3.2 sp3

With so many other critical issues when we upgraded to NW6.5 and moved from
predominantly Win98SE to WinXP workstations, one aspect of remote control
that has been not working was put on the back burner.

Screen blanking of the workstation during remote control has never worked on
any of our WinXP workstations. Keyboard lockout has always worked fine, but
screen blanking has no effect whatsoever.

Basically, I have not seen this work on any of our WinXP workstations. This
includes a variety of hardware, and through WinXP, SP1 and SP2 and through
Client 4.83, 4.9, 4.9 sp1,sp2 Zen3.2 sp1,sp2,sp3.

Does this feature work for WinXP?
