Remote management agent failed

Remote management agent failed authenticate console user. Why do I get this
message when I am logged in as admin user with a mapped drive to the server
running ZEN? Is it the machine configuration? I am able to send the ZEN
ping with complete success. Any ideas what I should be looking for?
