Group Policy cannot be edited TID10079068

Greetings all

Anyone seen this little beauty. Seems that the ability to edit group
poicy
settings becomes locked on a workstation and the GP can no longer be
edited.
The "fix"; rebuild the workstation! They can't be serious. Anyone
found a
workaround to this?

Error: "The group policy that you are attempting to edit is currently
being
