Trying to install MSI app but getting error 1612?

I know the path exists, the app works for me! I assigned rights to the app
object, went even as far as assiging Sup rights to the object, but I am
still getting the 1612 error message! The users have rights to the
directories via eDir, which are limiting, but like I mentioned before, the
app object has full rights! I am using Zfd 4.01 ir4 on NW6 sp4.

Any thoughts?
