Unable to write to snpstat.ini

When I'm making a snapshot (using snAppShot) on a Windows XP workstation I
often be met by message "Unable to write to snpstat.ini". After that I
only can cancel the snAppShot-program. I am logged in to the workstation
as an Administrator. What can be the reason an who has a solution for this
problem?
