Firefox Proxy options

I must distribute Firefox (via ZEN) with proxy options, I've found how
to do it but I have two problems.
1'st. How to set up automatically option "manual proxy configuration",
how to add ip address of my proxy server and port - that I known.
2'nd. How to add allow sites in BLOCK POPUP WINDOW options.
