Run task as a schedule

Hi,

I want to create an application object that will run once a day early in the
morning, but I cant figure out how to make it work. All my attempts run once
when the application launcher is refreshed, but only once (until the version
number is updated).

I've tried this http://www.ithowto.com/zenworks/schedonce.htm but even that
doesn't do what it says it should.

Can anyone offer a suggestion???
