Create (2) Application Objects.
The 1st object has a System Requirement for the Existence of a REG Key or
File that indicates that QT is installed.
The 2nd object has a System Requirement for the NON-Existence of the REG key
or File that indicates that QT is installed.
The 2nd object also calls the Minimal QT install before launching the File
to be viewed.
