Default Policy or something to shutdown computers at scheduled time?

Not sure if this is where to post this, but here goes:

Our School Board is operating in a Netware 6.5 SP7 and Zenworks 4.01 ir7 environment.

Our Board is looking for a way to schedule shutdowns of computers and monitors at night time as a vast majority of the computers and monitors are left on all the time.

This is obviously a problem due to a rise in energy costs, it's not good to leave hardware powered on all the time etc...

What we want to accomplish is to schedule shutdown form monitors and computers or at least computers for two scheduled times (i.e. 4:00pm and 6:30pm). The reason for the two scheduled shutdown times is due to the fact that some people stay past 4:00pm and they will stop the shutdown process.

Also, we would want a meesage to appear about the shutdown process as well as the time frame to cancel before shutdown will take place.

Also, we want the ability to have the computers/monitors shutdown regardless if a user stayed logged into Novell or if the computer is at the Novell loging screen.

Any ideas if policies can accomplish the above and how do you do it? Also, are there any good software programs that can accomplish the above?

Thanks!
