App Not updating on one workstation

If you make a change to an application object, you need to update the
"Version Number".
Otherwise, it will read the old settings from c:\nalcache.

You may want to make sure that folder is removed when you uninstall.
I thought it was, but perhaps not which would explain why reinstalling did
not help.
