App Not updating on one workstation

I have one workstation that isn't receiving any changes to apps. for example: One app is just a path to an excel file. I changed the path but this workstation still points to the old path. I have remove both the ZFD and the Novell client and reinstalled but the problem still exists. It seems to work the same with other users because I logged in as myself and the screen started flashing a small box that said caching application.

Any help would be appriciated.
