Hi there,
first of all I want to say, that I'm no Sys-admin or something like this; I'm a webdesigner+coder, thus, I have no contact with any kind of your "Novell Application Launcher"-software.
A company asks me to create an Icon for their Intranet-Application. They know how to handle all of this, but they want their custom Icon; so I created one.
Now, they said that this Icon looks ugly after adding it to the NAL.
I use Photoshop CS4 to create the Icons. Due to the fact, that PS CS4 is not able to export to .ico, I installed a Plugin (
Telegraphics - Free plugins for Photoshop & Illustrator...and other software) which adds this functionality.
This workflow is fine for replacing the regular Desktop Application Icons, but they don't work inside the NAL.
Can you please tell me, how to setup Photoshop, so that the NAL will show it proper?!
Thanks for your help!!!
Regards,
Toby Sommer (ZENworks for Desktop 4; Novell Application Launcher; Version 4.0.1.60)
