Image fails to restore

We have an images that appears to go up to the server, but when we attempt to pull it down it appears to fail on a large file. Upon further research when using image explorer, it appears that all top level folders are in the image, but all the files after that large file (6+ gig) do not sure. Is anyone aware of a file size limitation on files that are pushed up in the image?

Yes, we are working on upgrading to ZCM.
