migrate to 4.01 on a cluster

we have just installed a new cluster. now we will "move" ZENworks
from the "old" server to the cluster. we are using all of the ZENWorks

features (imaging, remote-control, NAL-jobs, PXE, inventory).
How does i get this stuff migrated ? Specialy the inventory-database
part ?
