Default Policy Container Question

I have NW5.1 SP5 and NW6.0 SP1-3 servers with DS8.83c upto eDir 8.7.1.
I
plan to run both ZfD3.2sp2 and 4.01 for some time as the sites are all

remote and will require plenty of upgrading.
Each location OU contains a ZfDPolicy container that holds the ZfD3.2policies. I am about to being my upgrade to ZfD4.01 and am wonderingwhether it is best to create the new 4.01 policies in the current
container
or create a new container for the new policies.

I currently use Search Policy that searches to the Partition boundary
and I
know that I will have to make some changes. Will the ZfD3.2 client
agents
continue to recognize the Partition boundary or is it best just to
change
everything now?

Thanks,
Rob Bennett
