Moving ZEN 4.01 ir6 to new server and OS version

We currently have an older server running at one of our remote locations
with NetWare 5.1 sp7 and Zen 4.01 ir6. We will be planning on using the
Novell Migration tool to move this server to new hardware and to Netware 6.5
sp5 OS. After I migrate to the new server, will I need to reinstall Zen?
or can I just copy the Zen stuff from the old server to the new?
