Help! Workstations say the import, but not showing in NDS!

WE just did a server upgrade with the migration agent from NW 5.1 with Zen
4.0 to NW 6.5 sp5. We then reinstalled Zen 4.0 from CD and then did the IR7
patch for zen. all the apps seem to work fine and imaging and stuff, however
importing workstations is having a problem. the import screen on the server
shows that the workstation is importing and to the correct container. But
you can not see the workstation object in consoleone or nwadmin. If I try
to reimport it says that it already exists. We need to get these
workstations imported so we can remote control them. Anyone have any clues
to help me?
I also did create a new OU and changed the policy to point there for
imports, it said the same thing, workstation imported, but not showing in
C1.
