I didn't get any answer until now. The problem got worse, because I found many more different PC's under WIN 2000 with the same reaction.
I tried some prof. uninstaller software with the same result.
I have no possibility to upgrade the Zenworks 4 client desktop software to 6.5 or 7.0 version I bought.
The only think I want is to remove the Zenworks 4 software completely in any way and then to start the 6.5 setup.
