View to Remedy?
Hello -
My company is doing an installation of the Remedy help desk tracking
product. We're looking to integrate the ZEN inventory informmation so
as to
expose it to our help desk reps through Remedy.
Rather than dealing with this nasty schema to determine what needs to
be
included in a view, I heard a rumor that such a view may have already
been
created.
Is there any truth to this? *hope, hope!*
