Workstation Import failure

I have NW6 with ZenWorks for Desktops 4 (service pack 4.1b applied)
installed. However, I am new to ZenWorks and having problems.

During login, the machine fails to automatically register. I've
activated
logging, but the Novell server never sees a connection. However, the workstation log looks good until the "Import failed. Error: 401"
message
(see log below). I am also baffled that my machine is send "RED" as
the
server name. "RED" is a Novell 5 server in a different tree that has
NO
association with this workstation.

When attempting the "zwsreg.exe" command from a command prompt, I see:


Zenwsreg returned the following error code: 500

The log then holds identical information to the automatic attempt
except
for a returned 500 code (as opposed to the previous 401). I have
successfully connected to the http://ip_addr/oneNet/xtier-login and
related pages. I've even deleted the "NetIdentity" certificate and
recreated it according to the docs.

I am stumped. Any help is appreciated!
