Snapins?

Forgive the newbie questions.

We have installed inventory services and all seems to be well. The PC we used to install from has all the snapins etc and can see everything. What do I need for my ConsoleOne to be able to see inventory stuff? I need to work this out so we can give our helpdesk the same functionality?
