Default Can't load profile

Hi!

A similar message was posted a day ago on the novell.support.zenworks.desktops.4x.install-setup.
Meanwhile I checked some things in deeper.

I'm using SBS 6.5 sp1 (ZENworks for Desktops 4.01) and a Win2000 work station.

Suddenly, during logging, a "User Environment" window appear with the following message:

-----------Message Begin---
Windows cannot copy file: \\ServerName\Volume\UserName\Windows NT 5.0 Workstation Profile\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\MUVJE4F3\atwola.com\content\ B0\0\H7pTL2Luf0_kw3xmlj8W1sns8a9RRNke8_SAqLzKBa609 jmULHVa8jgFKtiL69KXLPvZlAPjb9_bsYFElx9GrvQJeMCnoWr jUPelbNL4ZgM$\aol\DSM.sol

to location

C:\Documents and Settings\nanu\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\MUVJE4F3\atwola.com\content\ B0\0\H7pTL2Luf0_kw3xmlj8W1sns8a9RRNke8_SAqLzKBa609 jmULHVa8jgFKtiL69KXLPvZlAPjb9_bsYFElx9GrvQJeMCnoWr jUPelbNL4ZgM$\aol\DSM.sol

Detail - The filename or extension too long.
--------End---

After few seconds other window appear with the message:
"Windows cannot load the profile and is logging you with a temporary profile, changes..."

I checked on both local C: drive and server I found the followings:

1. On the above path it is a strange long folder name: "H7pTL2Luf0_kw3xmlj8W1sns8a9RRNke8_SAqLzKBa609jmUL HVa8jgFKtiL69KXLPvZlAPjb9_bsYFElx9GrvQJeMCnoWrjUPe lbNL4ZgM$"

2. On the server the subdirectories under \\ServerName\Volume\UserName\Windows NT 5.0 Workstation Profile\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\MUVJE4F3\ .... doesn't exist.

3. On local drive C: I found under C:\Documents and Settings\nanu.bak (nanu.bak - backup?) the rest of the missing folders and file from point 2 above.

4. I don't know how and what to restore. All the 'Favorites' (M$-IE), ICQ info, other software settings are missing and if I try to set them from scratched the system doesn't save them and they disappear when shutting down the Work station.

Please help.

TIA

Nanu
