Volitile Profile doesn't keep some settings

Hello,

I'm using volitile profiles for some of my users. It seems though that
some settings that are made to the workstation do not get saved with the
profile back to the server. Examples would be iTunes does not remember
that the license agreement has been accepted, hardware drivers for special
keyboards don't get re-started.

Is there any way to force these settings to stick?!
