MSI Install - Installes but Access is Denied ID=5

Hi all :)

Using Zfd 4 to install a MSI. The install runs ok but at completion gives an
error:

Application Launcher Status - could not launch. ID=5 Access is Denied.

By this point the install has completed so not sure why this error is
appearing - users have rights to folder with install, object etc.

I have the association set to force run, run application once so runs when
the version number increments - this all works ok.
Anyone any ideas why the error is appearing after install?
